Using my 4-step methodology: Learn+Unlearn, Release, Rebuild, and Maintain, I’ll show you the proven strategies I’ve implemented not just in my own life, but in the lives of the many survivors I’ve coached over the years.

How does it work?

I've broken my 4-step method into 9 separate modules over the course of 12 weeks so you can get the maximum benefits and do this inner work at a better pace than trying to do it all at once. 

MODULE 1: How a Narcissist's Mind Works

In this module you'll learn: 

  • What the narcissist's main goals are

  • Why they do what they do

  • The 3 phases of the narcissistic abuse cycle

  • How a narcissist uses your emotions against you in order to gain control over you

  • What to expect when you set a boundary with a narcissist

  • Assertiveness techniques to use (if you have to communicate with the narc)

MODULE 2: Understand & Unlearn Your Conditioning

In this module you'll learn: 

  • How you were conditioned by the narcissist’s tactics to accept their behaviour as “normal”

  • How to begin unlearning this conditioning

  • The difference between “letting go” and “forgiveness”

  • You’ll also get tools on how to begin the unlearning process, which gets continued in the release stage

MODULE 3: Emotions + Mindbody Connection

In order to release, you need to know WHAT you’re releasing - and that is repressed emotions.

In this module you'll learn: 

  • How repressed emotions happen

  • The mindbody connection and how it can lead to chronic physical pain

  • Pain science + neuroplasticity crash course (this isn't "woo woo" junk science, it's legitimate science!)

  • How to start “doing the work” without retraumatizing yourself

  • Tools to work through this emotionally in a way that actually works

MODULE 4: Identifying + Releasing Blocks

In this module you'll learn: 

  • How to identify what your blocks are

  • Unpacking these emotional blocks + limiting beliefs that no longer serve you

  • How to release all this from your mind-body system (so you can literally take the weight of the world OFF your shoulders)

  • How to deal with overwhelm and resistance towards inner work

  • How to manage your inner critic

  • Even more tools to do the inner work safely in a way that won't re-traumatize you

MODULE 5: Ripping Off the Band Aid

In this module you'll learn: 

  • What releasing emotions is all about

  • Recognizing what releasing repressed emotions actually feels like for you

  • How to handle any overwhelm you might face not only in the program but in life in general

  • How to recognize when you gaslight yourself, and what to do about it

  • Self-soothing techniques + tools to ground yourself

MODULE 6: Building on a Solid Foundation

In this module you'll learn: 

  • How to identify how far you've come

  • How to start rebuilding your confidence and self-esteem on a solid foundation

  • Self-acceptance techniques and exercises

  • Self-love techniques and exercises

MODULE 7: Self-Esteem Building

In this module you'll learn: 

  • Why self-affirmations won’t work if you haven’t done the inner work first

  • Strategies to build up your self esteem and confidence

  • How to begin to trust yourself and your gut

  • Self-validation and affirming yourself (and believing it!)

  • Rediscovering things that you're passionate about

  • What “fail on purpose” means, and why it’s important

MODULE 8: Your Permission Slip is Here

In this module you'll learn: 

  • How to give yourself permission to be YOU! (Without needing external validation from anyone and without second guessing yourself)

  • Why it’s normal to resist happy feelings

  • How to allow yourself to feel happy and enjoy the things you abandoned because of narcissistic abuse

  • How to harness the belief that you are, in fact, worthy of a good life

  • How to set and keep boundaries for the future

  • The best way to learn assertive behavior

MODULE 9: Implementation + Maintenance

After nearly 3 decades of enduring narcissistic abuse and 4 years of dealing with severe chronic pain - I had to make the choice to embark on my own healing journey. 


Doing my inner work not only helped me heal from the physical pain I went through, but it also helped me heal from the narcissistic abuse I endured from being raised by a narcissistic mother, other close relationships, and even colleagues/toxic workplaces (they were everywhere!).


My own healing journey inspired me to become a life coach so I could help other people. My certifications include:
